Welcome to Oasis Health. We are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and client-centered mental health services. These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities of both the clinic and our clients. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered

Oasis Health provides professional mental health services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual therapy

  • Couples and family counselling

  • Group therapy

  • Wellness workshops and programs

  • School and Corporate Talks

 

All services are delivered by qualified mental health professionals.

 

2. Appointments & Attendance

  • Sessions are by appointment only and typically last 45–50 minutes.

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without fee adjustment.

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in discontinuation of services without refund.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full session fee or count against package limits.

  • Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies at the discretion of Oasis Health.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees will be clearly communicated prior to the commencement of services.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after each session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept the following payment modes:

    • Cash

    • Bank Transfer

    • UPI

    • Cheque

  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Package services are subject to specific terms.

 

5. Confidentiality

  • All client information is strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent.

  • Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law, such as:

    • Risk of harm to self or others

    • Court orders or legal obligations

    • Child or elder abuse reports

 

6. Emergency Support

  • Oasis Health does not provide emergency mental health services.

  • In a crisis, clients should contact local emergency services or crisis helplines.

 

7. Client Rights

Clients have the right to:

  • Be treated with respect and dignity

  • Receive evidence-based, ethical care

  • Ask questions about their treatment plan

  • Withdraw from services at any time

 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled appointments

  • Communicate openly and honestly with their therapist

  • Follow agreed-upon treatment recommendations

  • Inform the clinic of any changes to personal or contact information

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Oasis Health complies with applicable data protection laws.

  • Client records are securely stored and access is restricted to authorized personnel.

  • Digital sessions (e.g., via video conferencing) are conducted using encrypted platforms to ensure privacy.

 

10. Digital and Remote Services

  • Remote sessions are available.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet environment and a stable internet connection for virtual sessions.

  • Oasis Health is not liable for technical failures or breaches of privacy caused by third-party platforms.

 

11. Termination of Services

  • Oasis Health reserves the right to discontinue services without refunds if:

    • There is non-compliance with treatment

    • The client behaves inappropriately or threatens staff safety

    • Services needed are beyond our scope and a referral is appropriate (a refund shall be issued in this case where the client has opted for a package – limited to sessions yet to be consumed).

 

12. Feedback and Complaints

  • Feedback is welcomed and can be submitted via email or in person.

  • Complaints will be reviewed seriously and responded to in a timely and professional manner.

 

13. Amendments

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.

  • Clients will be notified of significant changes affecting their engagement with Oasis Health.

 

By engaging with Oasis Health services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
