  • We provide research-backed counseslling sessions where every session is thoughtfully curated for you and grounded in research. Our counsellors are continually learning and growing—so they can support you better. We offer counselling services to individuals and couples. Though we are NOT a Crisis Center, we do offer SOS sessions when you're emotionally distressed. 

  • We request you to first get in touch and book an appointment. Once that is done, you will be shared a payment link to make payment. Once payment is done, yo will be required to fill in the intake form. For SOS sessions, the process can vary slightly as your well-being is the first priority, and formalities and protocols second. This will be managed on a case-to-case basis.
