At Oasis Health, we are committed to providing quality mental health care. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our services. This Refund Policy applies to all individual sessions and prepaid packages.
1. Individual Sessions
Cancellations:

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

If you give less than 24 hours’ notice or are a no-show, you will not receive a refund, and the full session fee will be charged.
Refund Eligibility:

If Oasis Health cancels a session for any reason, clients may opt for a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

Refunds for individual sessions (when applicable) will be processed within seven business days.
2. Packages (e.g., 5-Session Packages)
General Terms:

Packages are prepaid and non-transferable.

All sessions in a package must be used within the validity period (e.g., 6 months from purchase).
Refund Conditions:

Refunds for unused sessions in a package are available only if:

The client discontinues therapy for documented medical or personal reasons.

Oasis Health is unable to continue providing services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Calculations:

Used sessions will be deducted at the full individual session rate (not the discounted package rate).

The remaining balance will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
Example:
If a 5-session package (₹5,000) is purchased and two sessions are used (₹1,200 each), and the client requests a refund, the refund would be:
₹5,000 − (2 × ₹1,200) − 10% of balance = ₹2,600 − ₹260 = ₹2,340 refunded.
No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

The package has expired.

The client requests a refund after the final session.

The client is dissatisfied due to a lack of expected therapeutic outcomes as therapy effectiveness varies by individual.
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@oasishealth.live. Please include:

Full name and contact information

Reason for the request

Proof of payment (if available)
4. Processing Time
Unless otherwise agreed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.
Oasis Health reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
